Killer Stanley

Thought you might like to know that I haven't really turned our Stanley into a coat, and she's doing really well. Our little bag of bones is getting bigger and stronger by the day. Not only can she stand on her own now, a definitely improvement, she tears around the place at a rate of knots. She chews anything you put within a mile of her, and has a particular penchant for licking toes.

Of course, being a puppy, she's also pretty stupid. Oooo the fun we have, watching her as she topples over on the tiled floor and runs slap-bang into table legs on a regular basis.

She's the only dog I've ever seen with the hick-ups, and she's got a 'special' tail: It would look more at home on a piglet.

It's typical that the first pet I ever have is a broken one. I suppose I will have to stop taking the mick out of Hairy Christopher for having a blind rabbit.

Comments:
Yeah...thanks Steff! I've now got a little puppy of my own tugging on my arm saying "Look...Steff's got a dog" over and over again!

Hey Steff, welcome to 'motherhood'!!! Well done you. My two poochies get hiccups too, it's not unusual. Has she gone ice skating across the tiled floors yet? Stand her on a fleece and push, she'll go for miles. She's a real cutie! Bless xx love Tori xx

Mattie, has no one ever told you that calling your girlfriend a dog is a big no-no?
Anyhow, moving on...I have a cunning plan: she can look after Stanley full-time in September when you come to visit. That'll put her off having one of her own for sure.
Genius.

Glad to hear that other dogs get hick-ups, not just my rubbish one! No one ever claimed Jimmy Jumper, maybe I'll use him as Stanley's toboggan...
